Patrick is a Development Analyst at Tareen Development Partners (TDP), where he evaluates affordable housing opportunities and supports value-maximization strategies for the firm’s existing developments. He contributes throughout the real estate development lifecycle, including acquisition, construction, stabilization, and disposition. His responsibilities include evaluating due diligence materials for new construction and acquisition opportunities, preparing pro forma financial analyses and models, managing purchase agreement requirements and development timelines, and supporting responses to requests for proposals.

Patrick is fresh into his professional career in development as he recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate. He was heavily involved on campus through his role as a teaching assistant, leadership program intern, and executive board member of multiple clubs. Patrick’s professional background began through his role as a Finance and Accounting intern at ImageTrend, a private-equity backed software development company. His most recent role prior to TDP was as a Portfolio & Asset Management Summer Analyst at Northmarq. His background and collaboration support TDP’s mission to delivering high-quality developments.
