TDP recently broke ground on an 82-unit apartment complex located on the corner in North Saint Paul, Minnesota. The project is named Article No. 7, a nod to the original newspaper building (The Lillie Suburban Newspaper), and the signifies an abbreviation for North and 7th Avenue where the building is located.
