In 2024, Tareen Development Partners (TDP) proudly expanded its portfolio with the grand opening of a new Culver’s restaurant in Princeton, Minnesota. This project was made possible through collaboration with Deanna Wesley, local franchise owner, and her partners, Taylor VanHoutan and Anthony Gustafson.
Building on this success, TDP plans to break ground on a second Culver’s location in Faribault, MN, in December 2025, with an anticipated opening in May 2026.
Both restaurants are owned by TDP and operated by the same dedicated team of Deanna Wesley, Taylor VanHoutan, and Anthony Gustafson.
Through these new locations, TDP is committed to enhancing dining options in the region while supporting local economies and promoting community engagement.
