Tareen Development Partners (TDP) continued to grow its portfolio in 2026 with the opening of a new Culver’s restaurant in Faribault, Minnesota, located at 1675 Lyndale Avenue North. This follows the successful launch of TDP’s first Culver’s in Princeton, Minnesota, in 2024, which was developed in partnership with franchise owners Deanna Wesley, Taylor VanHoutan, and Anthony Gustafson.
Both restaurants are owned by TDP and operated by the same dedicated team. With these new locations, TDP is helping to enhance dining options in the region while supporting local economies and promoting community engagement.
