Andy Haines is the Vice President of Affordable Development at Tareen Development Partners (TDP), where he leads the identification, structuring, and execution of affordable housing projects. With over 25 years of experience in the affordable housing sector, he has overseen more than 40 projects and successfully raised over $500 million in equity, including more than $400 million in both private and public financing.

Well regarded in the industry, Andy has held significant leadership roles, serving on the Board of the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania and as the long-time Chair of both the Pennsylvania Developers Council and the Pittsburgh Federal Home Loan Bank Advisory Council. Before joining TDP, he founded a for-profit affordable housing development company from the ground up, ultimately earning recognition as one of the Top 50 developers as ranked by Affordable Housing Finance magazine.

Andy brings extensive experience in navigating complex site conditions and regulatory frameworks, positioning him as a key player in expanding TDP’s reach on a national scale.
