Mara Gallagher, MBA, is the Controller for Tareen Development Partners and Tareen Dermatology. She manages the financial operations for both the practice and the real estate development firm.  

With over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, Mara specializes in multi-entity reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, audit compliance, and property-level financial management. Before joining Tareen Development Partners, she was Director of Finance at the Animal Humane Society, where she led finance and admin teams, updated financial systems, and improved reporting and controls. Mara is known for her practical, detail-focused work and her collaborative leadership. She works closely with executive leaders to support growth and long-term financial stability. Mara earned her MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of St. Thomas.
