Matt Benson serves as Facilities Coordinator for Tareen Development Partners (TDP), where he oversees the maintenance of various TDP facilities. As a certified contractor, Matt brings specialized expertise in casework/millwork, doors and hardware, and specialty carpentry items, ensuring the highest standards of quality across TDP’s properties.

With 36 years of experience in the construction and carpentry industry, Matt has built an impressive career spanning multiple respected organizations. His professional journey includes valuable experience at Paul’s Woodcraft and Shaw Lumber. Prior to joining TDP, Matt served as Vice President and co-owner at Benson-Claugherty Contracting, a certified commercial and residential construction company he co-founded with Bill Claugherty in 2019.
