The development was conceived by the principals of Tareen Development Partners and was executed in partnership with Reuter Walton Development. The high amenity building contains 127 dwelling units with 4250 square feet of retail space. The project is located in the heart of St Paul’s Macalester-Groveland neighborhood, was completed in 2019, and leased up quickly before being sold on an off-market transaction.​​

Eagan Medical Center

The Eagan Medical Center, acquired by TDP in 2024, is a well-established two-story medical facility. Future plans focus on enhancing the space with thoughtful updates to optimize tenant environments and modernize key areas. Renovations will improve the functionality of the building while preserving its original character. Planned upgrades will include a communal break room, conference room, fitness center, and underground heated parking, with further improvements scheduled for 2025.

 

As the largest independently-owned medical facility in the South Metro, it is home to top-tier tenants like Tareen Dermatology and other leading specialty practices.

The Isaac + Roseville Health

This project was co-developed by Tareen Development Partners and Reuter Walton Development. The land was a vacant truck cross-dock building with a 6-acre lot used for semi-trailer parking. The property was purchased and subdivided into two parcels, the Roseville Health Building and The Isaac apartment building.

Roseville Health

Roseville Health is a 40,000-square-foot, two-story medical office building that houses Tareen Dermatology and Minnesota Epilepsy.

The Isaac, a 127-unit five-story market-rate apartment building, now occupies the second parcel. The Isaac is Roseville’s first Class A market-rate apartment building in 25 years. The high-amenity building stabilized in a few months and has been a massive success in the Roseville community.

Culvers

In 2024, Tareen Development Partners proudly expanded its portfolio with the grand opening of a new Culver’s in Princeton, Minnesota. This milestone was achieved in collaboration with franchise owner Taylor VanHoutan and business partners Anthony Gustafson and Deanna Wesley. The project marks a significant step in bringing the beloved Culver’s brand to the heart of Princeton, providing the community with a welcoming dining experience that emphasizes quality and togetherness. Through this partnership, TDP reaffirms its dedication to creating vibrant, community-driven spaces that foster economic growth, enhance local opportunities, and improve the overall quality of life for residents.​

This ground-up redevelopment was completed in 2016. The site redevelopment was complicated as it was polluted with dry cleaning solvents from one of the previous uses. A Fortune 500 company, Sherwin-Williams signed a long-term lease and enjoys increasing year-over-year sales.

 

The 3,600 square foot building is conveniently located in a very walkable neighborhood of St Louis Park, adjacent to residential buildings and numerous retail stores.​​
