Bradley Hendrikson serves as the Corporate Counsel for Tareen Development Partners (TDP), bringing deep experience in real estate, construction, and corporate law.
Brad is an accomplished in-house counsel with a strong track record in managing complex commercial property deals, encompassing project negotiations, agreement reviews, closings, title examinations, and property management issues. In addition to his real estate expertise, he is skilled in drafting and negotiating various legal documents, including service agreements, leases, easements, and licenses. Brad also provides guidance on corporate and regulatory matters, business formations, and asset purchases, showcasing his versatility and breadth of knowledge in the legal field.
Brad holds a Juris Doctor degree with honors from William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul, Minnesota. He is an active member of both the Minnesota State Bar Association and the Hennepin County Bar Association. Beyond his professional commitments, Brad is dedicated to giving back to his community and is passionate about supporting various local causes.
